Process Serving

Standard Service

Our most economical service option. Includes up to three service attempts, with printing provided* and an Affidavit of Service supplied. Typical completion is 7–14 days in metropolitan areas and 7–21 days in regional locations.

Urgent Service

A priority service designed for time‑sensitive matters. Includes up to three service attempts, printing provided*, and an Affidavit of Service. Most metropolitan matters are completed within 1–2 days. Regional services are attended to as promptly as possible, with timing dependent on location.

Specific Time / Date Service

Ideal where the availability of the service party is known. Service is carried out at a nominated date and/or time, aligned with the expected movements of the party. Includes one service attempt, printing provided*, and an Affidavit of Service. Completion occurs in accordance with the agreed schedule.

Destination Service

Suitable for matters requiring attendance at remote or non‑standard locations. Pricing is tailored to the location and circumstances. Includes one service attempt, attended in line with client instructions and the highest likelihood of locating the service party. Printing provided* and an Affidavit of Service included.

Special Items

  • Printing – “Printing included” generally applies to documents of up to 20 pages.

  • Quoting – All quotes are provided on a per‑address basis. Where multiple attempts are required, this refers to multiple attendances at the same address. If more than one service party must be personally served at a single address, fees may be calculated on both a per‑address and per‑party basis.
